Retention period
Requests not followed up are kept for no more than 3 years after the last contact. Data relating to a completed assignment are kept for the period required by the legal, accounting and professional obligations of the firm.
Your rights
In accordance with Law 09-08, you have a right of access, rectification and objection, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to Datum@datum-engineering.ma stating the subject of your request.
