Land registration: from melk land to a land title

Land held under adoul deeds or a moulkia (title deed by testimony) has no land title. Registration gives it one, final and unchallengeable. The land surveyor prepares the exact description of the land and assists with the boundary survey.

  3. Preparation of the boundary survey. Boundaries identified with the applicant so that he can point them out without hesitation.
  4. Boundary survey. Carried out by a sworn surveying engineer registered with the Order (Article 19): boundary markers, sketch and procès-verbal (official report).
